PRICING and PAYMENT
Our local diagnostic/trip fee is $99.99 for most appliances and 199.99 for stacked/built in units or premium brands/models.
After we diagnose your appliance, we will quote you for parts and labor (in addition to the diagnostic fee.) If you opt out of the repair, we only charge the diagnostic fee.
Additional charges may apply for locations outside of our typical service area.
We prefer payment by credit/debit cards, but we also accept cash, checks, and Venmo.
Payment is required while the technician is onsite for COD customers.
